It’s been several years since we updated the store and it was time.
One thing that was important was to make it easier to shop. In the past, if you were ordering 1 each of a group of sanding supplies, you would have had to click on each one add it to the cart, then go back and the second, etc. Now, you can go directly to that category, adjust the quantity and click the add to cart button and then without changing pages, go to the next grit.
There is a floating cart on the right side, so the whole experience should be faster.
Additionally we have added fly over menus , so if you are looking for a Mirka product, move the mouse over that and you will get drop downs for the type , Gold/Galaxy/Abranet/Abralon, then a drop down on that one for the disk size.
Hopefully this will make your experience better.
As for payment, you will see Credit and PayPal. We use PayPal as our merchant service (card processor) but you don’t have to pay by PayPal, you can use your Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX
Additionally, you can now see past history (starting now) and can order from that.
Because passwords are encrypted, you will have to reset your password on the new system when you login. We can’t see them, and BTW, we don’t store ANY credit card info at all on our system
We also added gift cards and a product review system, so now, good bad or indifferent, you can review your purchases
